CANCELLATION POLICY
- For cancellation of prepaid orders, please contact us within 12 hours after order placement.
- Once the Order is “in process”, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

However, In some instances, we might need some form of payment verification or source to process the order, which will be requested from the consignee through call or email as per the bank's instructions to avoid any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

- Shipping charges of Flat Rs.169 will be charged on all orders delivered within Pakistan.

RETRUNS AND EXCHANGE
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
- The product is damaged, defected or incomplete.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a return and full refund to be made.
