ORDERS & DELIVERY
DELIVERY TIME
- The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days for the major cities.
- For remote areas delivery can take longer.
- You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
- Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the articles and order confirmation.
- During sale period, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Note: To avoid unsafe delivery, we strongly suggest getting your orders delivered to your own address. Fragedge will not be liable for any loss or damage to the order in the case of delivery at the self-pickup point, such as any courier office.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- For cancellation of prepaid orders, please contact us within 12 hours after order placement.
- Once the Order is “in process”, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
PAYMENT THROUGH CARDS:
- We aim to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. However, In some instances, we might need some form of payment verification or source to process the order, which will be requested from the consignee through call or email as per the bank's instructions to avoid any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
- Fragedge reserves the right to cancel orders if the payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.

- Shipping charges of Flat Rs.169 will be charged on all orders delivered within Pakistan.

RETRUNS AND EXCHANGE
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
- The product is damaged, defected or incomplete.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a return and full refund to be made.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN / REFUNDS BE PROCESSED?
- The minimum period for processing return refund is 7 working days depending on the mode of payment.
- We aim to process all returns with 7-10 working days of receipt.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure your return is to get in contact via WhatsApp (+92 318 6075148) to request an exchange pickup with us. Rs. 299/- Exchange Charges to be applied.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It is not possible to create perfumes without using alcohol, our spray has alcohol in it.
Our perfumes are designed to last, with many providing all-day wear. Factors like skin type and environmental conditions can affect longevity.
All our perfumes are made with 35%–40% perfume oil concentration, which enables them to last 6–12 hours easily. We have a strict policy to ensure every perfume is created the same as all our other perfumes, so our lasting does not vary with each perfume. However, the lasting duration of any fragrance might depend on the application area, season, and quantity applied.
Our oil concentration varies scent to scent. We have high concentration of 35% to 40% which makes scents last longer than any other.
All other things being equal, perfumes evaporate more rapidly from dry skin, so the best way to make fragrance last longer is to use a relatively heavy body lotion or cream. Some people like to buy the "matching" cream for their fragrance, but you can also use an unscented cream like Cetaphil, or try petroleum jelly or jojoba oil. You might also try a light mist to your hair, which is said to hold scent longer than skin.
Till now we haven't had any such complaint from our customers, you are however requested to do a patch test before applying the fragrance.

4. Inner Elbows: Serves to slightly obscure the smell in the bends of the arms—perfect for long-lasting diffusion. A great pulse point for work if you have to wash your hands frequently.
5. Behind Knees: Will allow the scent to rise throughout the day. The backs of the knees are warmer and softer, and therefore more likely to project the scent. The area behind the knees are perfect for summer, emitting your fragrance of choice with every crossing and uncrossing of legs.

Top notes provide the first scent impression of a fragrance once it has been applied to the skin. They are usually lighter, more volatile aromas that evaporate readily. Their scent usually lingers for between 5 and 30 minutes. Middle notes, sometimes referred to as “heart notes”, make up the body of the blend. They may be evident from the start, but will usually take 10-30 minutes to fully develop on the skin. They are the notes that classify the fragrance family (floral, oriental, chypre, etc, see below). Base Notes are those with the greatest molecular weight. They last the longest, and are also important as fixatives, that is, they help slow down the evaporation rates of the lighter notes, giving the fragrance holding power.
