ORDERS & DELIVERY

DELIVERY TIME

  • The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days for the major cities.
  • For remote areas delivery can take longer.
  • You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
  • Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the articles and order confirmation.
  • During sale period, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Note: To avoid unsafe delivery, we strongly suggest getting your orders delivered to your own address. Fragedge will not be liable for any loss or damage to the order in the case of delivery at the self-pickup point, such as any courier office.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For cancellation of prepaid orders, please contact us within 12 hours after order placement. 
  • Once the Order is “in process”, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

 

PAYMENT THROUGH CARDS:

  • We aim to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. However, In some instances, we might need some form of payment verification or source to process the order, which will be requested from the consignee through call or email as per the bank's instructions to avoid any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
  • Fragedge reserves the right to cancel orders if the payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Shipping charges of Flat Rs.169 will be charged on all orders delivered within Pakistan.
  • Get free delivery your orders over amount of Rs.2999 all over the Pakistan .

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • You can track your order on the respective courier website mentioned in your email.
  • If you don't get any tracking updates, please write to us at hello@fragedge.com
  • Fragedge cannot be held liable for late delivery/collection by third-party postal/courier companies.

WANT TO AMEND YOUR ORDER?

You can revise your order so that it's just the way you want it by calling our Customer Services team on +92 318 6075148 (9 am - 11 pm, PKT Mon-Sat, 12 am – 5 pm on Sundays)  or emailing us at hello@fragedge.com before order is processed. If the order hasn’t already been processed, we'll be happy to assist you.

RETRUNS AND EXCHANGE

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :

  • The product is damaged, defected or incomplete.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

  • The product received does not match the size ordered.

  • Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a return and full refund to be made. 

  • This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact our customer support team and we will try to help you out in a possible way.

  • Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

  • To return an item, please email us at hello@fragedge.com with the return reason and order details. 

  • Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to, Ecommerce Department, FRAGEDGE, FAISALABAD

  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

  • There might be cases where our customer support team will compensate with you over the shippings and returns.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN / REFUNDS BE PROCESSED?

  • The minimum period for processing return refund is 7 working days depending on the mode of payment.
  • We aim to process all returns with 7-10 working days of receipt. 
  • During busy periods or sale days please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.

  • In the case of refund, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • In the event you are unsatisfied with the product you purchase and would like to receive a different one from our store, you are most welcome to send back your purchase back to E-commerce team by contacting us via email at hello@fragedge.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
