DESCRIPTION

WHO AM I is an enigmatic fragrance, a complex labyrinth of scents that invites you on a journey of self-discovery. The opening of fragrance is a daring concoction of Basil, Bergamot, Artemisia, Caraway, Galbanum, and Brazilian Rosewood. This medley of top notes is like the initial layer of consciousness, fresh and invigorating Basil meets the citrus elegance of Bergamot, while Artemisia and Caraway introduce a bitter, green sharpness that awakens the senses. Galbanum and Brazilian Rosewood weave in woody, rich undertones, grounding the fragrance in the earth from which we all emerge. This is the scent of awakening, of the first steps on a journey inward.

 

As you delve deeper, the heart of the fragrance unfolds with Pine Tree Needles, Carnation, Nutmeg, Patchouli, Spices, Vetiver, Geranium, Labdanum, Rose, and Jasmine. The fresh, resinous scent of Pine Tree Needles conjures images of ancient forests, a symbol of our wild, untamed nature. DELIVERY TIME

Note: To avoid unsafe delivery, we strongly suggest getting your orders delivered to your own address. Fragedge will not be liable for any loss or damage to the order in the case of delivery at the self-pickup point, such as any courier office.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For cancellation of prepaid orders, please contact us within 12 hours after order placement. 
  • Once the Order is “in process”, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

 

PAYMENT THROUGH CARDS:

However, In some instances, we might need some form of payment verification or source to process the order, which will be requested from the consignee through call or email as per the bank's instructions to avoid any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Shipping charges of Flat Rs.169 will be charged on all orders delivered within Pakistan.

If the order hasn’t already been processed, we'll be happy to assist you.

RETRUNS AND EXCHANGE

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :

  • The product is damaged, defected or incomplete.

  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

  • The product received does not match the size ordered.

  • Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a return and full refund to be made. 

  • This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact our customer support team and we will try to help you out in a possible way.

  • Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

  • To return an item, please email us at hello@fragedge.com with the return reason and order details. 

  • Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to, Ecommerce Department, FRAGEDGE, FAISALABAD

  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

  • There might be cases where our customer support team will compensate with you over the shippings and returns.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN / REFUNDS BE PROCESSED?

  • The minimum period for processing return refund is 7 working days depending on the mode of payment.
  • We aim to process all returns with 7-10 working days of receipt. 

  • During busy periods or sale days please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.

  • In the case of refund, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
